Jennie L. Lovett, PhD
Founder & Chief Grant Consultant
Dr. Lovett received a BA from Cornell University and has worked in grants and project administration since 2002. After receiving a PhD in molecular microbiology from Washington University in St. Louis, she joined that schools’ central administrative team, helping faculty find, submit, and manage competitive grant awards. She later assisted the management of a multi-million dollar National Institutes of Health Regional Center of Excellence devoted to biodefense research, where she assembled grant review committees and oversaw grant competitions and awards. After moving to a small rural community in Ohio in 2006, she helped a local community college secure a series of grants before launching an independent grant consulting business in 2007.
Dr. Lovett has submitted successful grants to numerous local, state, and federal agencies including:
